International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Standard US Shipping

PLEASE NOTE - We use a variety of shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS). If your address is not deliverable by a particular carrier, please call our customer service department to place your order, (805)624-3810. Shipping charges for orders returned as undeliverable will be charged to the customer.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We currently offer three shipping methods:

Standard Shipping 
Delivery occurs in 3 to 10 business days after processing.

Expedited ( Priority Mail/FedEx )
Delivery occurs 2 to 3 business days after processing.

Overnight ( FedEx )
Delivery is guaranteed the next business day after processing.

*For Expedited or Overnight Saturday delivery please call our Customer Service department at (805)624-3810, Monday-Friday, 9AM PST to 5PM PST and we'd be more than happy to assist you.

 Orders typically ship within 3 Business Days from the time they begin processing, pending availability and credit card verification.

  • Orders placed Monday-Friday, before NOON PST, will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after NOON PST will begin processing the next business day.
  • Orders placed after NOON PST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

Overnight and Expedited orders are given top priority. Orders with these shipping methods will ship the same business day (pending product availability and credit card approval) if ordered before NOON PST. After NOON PST they will ship the next business day.

We will contact you via email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.

If there any problems with your shipment, please contact our Customer Service department within 48 hours of receipt by email. Click Here to send an email to our customer service department.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
